Your driver monitors flight status and adjusts accordingly — there is no extra charge for standard delays. For significant delays (3+ hours), please contact your host as soon as possible so we can coordinate.
One standard suitcase plus one carry-on bag per person is comfortable. For groups with unusually large amounts of luggage, please mention this in your special requests when booking so we can ensure appropriate vehicle size.
